Let the travel begin

We waked up early in the morning, as we were going to Bulgaria by road. So we had a long trip ahead. After a few stops to be more specific four, including our last one which was at the passport control of the Bulgarian border and a few shopping at the Duty Free, then we took the road to Bansko. Which was our main destination. The trip lasted almost 12 hours, so by the time we were in town, it was night time. When we arrived, we gathered at the lobby of the Hotel Elegant Lux Bansko to get our keys, then we went straight to our rooms to leave our luggages and after that to the dining room to try the dinner buffet. The hotel was quite good, a 6 minute walk from the Bansko Gondola Ski Lift, it also has an indoor pool, a hot tub, a gym, plus saunas and a hammam, the service was ok but the food wasn't good at all. The only thing that I enjoyed eating was the colt cut and to be more specific, all kind of sausages. Also, they have a lot of different soups including the cold cucumber soup, lots of grilled meats and vegetables. I have to say that when I was at the dining room, there was an entertainer, he was singing and playing his piano, for a minute I thought I was in the 80's, going on a cruise. People eating, while dancing at the discotheque. After our meal we headed back to our room, it was so warm comparing the weather outside. I open the window, you couldn't see a lot, but you could feel the cold penetrate you. To be honest it's the second time in my life that I felt so cold. The first one was in London and the second one in Bulgaria. So if I ever visit again, it will definitely be during Spring time. So later on we decided to go out for drinks. Although I was feeling so tired from the trip, as we were travelling all day long, on the other hand I didn't want to go to bed early. I wanted to see Bansko by night. So we did had some fun, but first lets start from that Bulgaria is cheap. It still uses it’s own currency, the Lev. So the food, the accommodation, the drinks and even the properties are cheap if you’re interested. The entrance at the bar was 10 Lev, which means the half in Euro. If you wanted to get another drink, I was drinking beer, the price would be 5 Lev. On our way back to the hotel, there was a little shop that it was 24 seven, so we bought a few necessary things and then we headed back, first we took a small stop at the lobby, while having a quick chat and then straight to bed as we had only 3 hours sleep, because the next morning we were visiting the famous Rila Monastery and Sofia. So we had to get up early, get ready, try the breakfast buffet and start our trip.
